Alcohol Booze & the Negative Effects on Your skin

It’s Friday night and you’re out partying with a group of friends. You head to a club and become immersed with the loud pumping music and vibrant dancing bodies. You get a few shots into your body to help you to relax even more and by the end of the night you end up drinking one too many and is carried home, hopefully by one of your trusting friends.

The next morning is not so pleasant. Looking at yourself in the mirror, your eyes are puffy, skin is dry, tone is blotchy and complexion is dull and lifeless. Alcohol takes a terrible toll on your skin. Excessive skin dryness, sensitivity and premature ageing are some of the more noticeable effects.
