You’re healthy, you average 8 - 10 hours sleep, life is not stressful, work is not hectic, you exercise, you eat healthy, you go to sleep early, you are not sick, you take multi-vitamins, you don’t drink coffee, you have a suitable bed and pillow, blood iron levels are normal, you’re not on medication, you don’t party late, and you’re not pregnant, but you still feel sleepy and lethargic all the time.
If that’s the case, then you better go see a doctor (eastern and western) and get yourself checked out immediately. You may be suffering from an undiagnosed medical illness that needs to be addressed such as a thyroid issue, a sleeping problem or blood sugar problem.
If you’ve had medical tests done and there are no underlying medical issues dragging you down, then you may be suffering from a very common lifestyle condition called the “lazy bone syndrome”.
