Steps to Remove Calluses From Hands & Feet

Calluses are formed on the skin where constant friction is applied for an extended period of time. Typically, you’ll find calluses on the sole of your feet and palms of your hands where the skin is most exposed to rubbing.

Regular activities such as weightlifting in the gym, playing the guitar, walking in uncomfortable shoes, carrying shopping bags, gardening work, or simply just writing with a pen for extended periods can cause calluses to develop.

Calluses poses no health concerns, but they are not pretty to touch or look at. More a cosmetic nuisance than anything.

The only way to avoid calluses is to avoid any work – but that is not possible.

So if you’re like me, someone who likes wearing uncomfortable fancy looking shoes to look beautiful – the following steps will help get rid of the calluses that is to come.
