The real question should be “Which is more harmful to your health”? The fact of the matter is, most fruit juices we consume are bottled, with over-processed and pasteurized fruits that contains only a hint of the nutrients it originally had. You add to it all the preservatives, chemicals and high concentration of artificial sweeteners, and it’s probably healthier going for a can of Pepsi.
