We all can do with a bit of laughter in our lives to relieve stress, combat diseases, strengthen our immune system, improve lung capacity, and improve oxygen levels in our blood. Have a giggle, chuckle, and laugh out loud to release your emotions. There’s a fair amount of evidence to suggest that laughter has wide-ranging effects on us psychologically and physiologically helping us to feel better, see things more creatively and clearly and keep our negative emotions such as anxiety and depression away.
